The Renewable Energy Technology Park (RET Park) project is a proposed development located in the Middle Save region in Chipangayi, Zimbabwe that will see the construction of a photovoltaic power plant to generate a minimum of 50 Megawatts (MW) that will be added onto the national power grid system. Hydro-Utilities were commissioned by Lamont Consulting Engineers to undertake a civils feasibility study for this solar project. The study was successfully carried out.

Water Assessment for 50 Small Towns

A World Bank funded project that involved the carrying out of a water and sanitation needs assessment study for 50 small water supply stations in small towns across Zimbabwe. The project also included assisting ZINWA to prepare 7 priority projects for submission of bid documentation to enable ZINWA to take these projects for tender. The project was successfully carried out and presented to ZINWA in 2014.

Matebeleland Zambezi Water Project

Carried out feasibility studies and design concept to provide Bulawayo with potable water. This project involved detailed surveys and concept designs of bulk water pipelines, pump stations and reservoirs to abstract raw water from the Zambezi River and supply treated water to the city of Bulawayo. This detailed study was carried out successfully in association with SWECO engineering consultants.
