Hydro-Utilities were commissioned to carry out the detailed civil engineering design and construction supervision of the water and sewer systems augmentation project for Beitbridge Town. This project also included the design of an 11.4ML water storage reservoir and a 5km 400mm diameter steel pipe from the waterworks to the storage reservoirs.

This project involved the design of a 15,000m3 engineered landfill site for Victoria Falls Municipality. Hydro-Utilities were appointed by Victoria Falls Municipality to carry out the civil scope, tender administration, contract management and construction supervision.

Design and construction supervision of a new 750m3/day sewage treatment plant for the Borrowdale Brooke Estate. Includes a bioreactor chamber, buffer tank, pump sumps, flow split chamber, drum filter, UV station and effluent recycling pipework. Hydro-Utilities commissioned by LWI and Sataaya.

Hydro-Utilities were commissioned to carry out site investigations, structural and civil design, and construction supervision for an LP Gas Plant in Mutare. Project components included a 2,000m2 steel warehouse, office block, water tanks and associated civil external works.

Magunje Water Treatment Works

As Project Engineers and supervisors, Hydro-Utilities led the design and construction supervision of a 350m3/hr water treatment plant to provide potable water for the town of Magunje and its surrounding areas. This project was funded by the African Development Bank and included the design and construction of a 6000m3 water storage reservoir and distribution and service pipeline networks

Victoria Falls Convention Centre

Commissioned by the Ministry of Public Works, Hydro-Utilities provided design services for civil design and construction supervision of a proposed new Convention Centre complex. The project included water supply, pumping stations, bulk water pipelines and extension of existing sewage treatment ponds.

Kuwadzana Housing Infrastructure

Hydro-Utilities were commissioned by the Ministry of Local Government and National Housing in May 1999 to provide design consultancy and construction supervision services of the water and sewer reticulation and construction of a duplicate 600mm diameter sewer from Kuwadzana to Crowborough Treatment Works. The contract also included the provision of roads and stormwater drainage.
