Hydro-Utilities was founded in 1991 by Eng. Andrew Siwela Mpala, who is currently the company’s chairman. Over the years, Hydro-Utilities has extended its services offering from technical, professional, to project management in all aspects of civil, structural and water resources engineering in Zimbabwe, and the southern African region. Hydro-Utilities services a broad range of clients from companies to governments, including but not limited to industrial, commercial, private and public institutions across multiple markets and regions.
